Specifies the amount of Retinol (Retinol cream) in adults generally as follows

Male age 19 years and over: 900 mcg or 3,000 IU of retinol (RDA)
Women aged 19 years and over: 700 mcg or 2,333 IU
Pregnant women aged 14-18 years: 750 mcg or 2,500 IU
Pregnant women aged 19 years and over: 770 mcg or 2,567 IU
Breastfeeding women aged 14 to 18 years: 1,200 mcg or 4,000 IU
Breastfeeding women aged 19 years and over: 1,300 mcg or 4,333 IU
